Membership

If you like to become a member of the Rugby Mosque Society, please do the following

1. Download the membership form and complete the details

2. Please make sure you complete the Gift Aid Declaration if eligible, and Sign

3. Email a signed copy of the form to info@rugby-mosque.org

4. The Treasurer will then email you with the mosque bank details.

5. Use these bank details to set up a £15 monthly direct debit with your own bank.
